Yesterday, we took Dozer in to the vet for surgery. My poor chocolate boy had his anal sacs removed. He's been having problems with infection and Bill and I finally decided that it was time to bite the bullet. We really weren't thrilled about the expense or the level of pain/discomfort that Dozer would have with his recovery. But, at least with this surgery - it's fixed. Once he heals up and the stitches are removed, we never have to worry about this ever, ever again.
