We went grocery shopping this evening. On the way home, Bill gets a phone call from Gary. Gary worked out at the Indiana State Fair today. He had an eventful day. Mom and Jim stopped by to visit with him for a few minutes while they were there. And then a little later, who should walk up but Doug & Traci.
Traci approached him and asked him how Brad got off to school this morning. Gary said that he didn't know because he got up and went into work and then came straight to the fair. She looked at him like he was crazy. Eventually, she asked him if he was Gary. He told her yes and then she questioned it again. Eventually, she made him pull out his ID to prove that he wasn't Bill. This woman was married to Bill for eleven years and bore him two children and can't tell which is which!?! Wow!
When we got home, I told Bill that he just had to share that story with Brad. He just laughed and told us that he wasn't allowed to say what he was thinking. I think that we're all thinking what he was thinking. :o)
