Ah, the best laid plans...

Bill called at the attorney's office and told them that it's time to just take it to court.  Brandy then said that she received the paperwork from the other attorney and that she sent it to the courthouse on Friday.  Guess that we just wait on a signature now.  No court - no money.  Hopefully, this won't take too very long.  I'd really like to have the paperwork that says that he's ours and be done with this crap!
