It's time to take it to court...

Bill was talking to me at lunch today and thinks that it's time to take the custody change to court.  We've been waiting forever for a signature and it just isn't happening.  It's time for something to give.  But, since we have to go to court anyway - we're going to request that Traci p/u the tab for the attorney, pay us back for all of the support that we've been paying her since July, and pay us for the child support that she should have been paying since July.  This is absolutely ridiculous.  I hope that Bill gets this phone call in before the end of day today so that we can get this rolling.
