Today is the day that I go in for my mammogram and physical. I'm not coming back to work when I'm done. I'll just go home and get some stuff done around the house. I've got plenty of chores to work on and it will be nice to have a little extra time to get started on it.
Talked to Dr. Stegmoller about the dieting and Dr. Piatek. I kinda expected him to give me grief, but he didn't. Yea! He's really happy with how I'm doing. We are going to do some fasting blood work on Saturday to check my cholesterol since it was iffy last year. With my increased exercise, we want to see if I still need to consider drugs or not.
